Discolouration and fading can gradually happen over time, especially if exposed under ultraviolet rays. To maintain the colours of the flowers, please do not store in extreme heat or direct sunlight.
As each flower cut is unique and individually handcrafted, there will be minor differences in colours and arrangement of the actual product. During shipping, the arrangement of flowers may change and some flower/leaf particles may fall off.
